Daniel was hired today as a dental hygienist in Albany, OR. The job starts Tuesday, so he'll commute for a month or so while I get my business in order and we pack and find a place to live. The job is only 3 days a week for the 1st month, but then goes to 4 and will hopefully work into 5 as the economy improves. They also offer benefits. It's a great office with 3 LDS dentists, and they've told him once he's worked through the schedule already set up for the previous hygienist, he can choose which days to work (M-Th or Tues-Fri) as well as wether he'd like to start his days at 7 or 8. So we're obviously very excited. And an odd coincidence in the situation is that the reason they need a hygienist is that the current one is moving to Coquille.
